I'm walking All Night Long AGAIN! And I need your help
I'm joining a celebration of courage to raise funds for sick kids and their families. I really need your support! Each day can feel like a marathon for sick kids and their families. Which is why I'm walking 42km All Night Long this October. In particular, I am walking in honour of my niece and nephew who are under long term palliative care as both were born with a rare immune disorder. They’ve both had bone marrow transplants and many hundreds of days in hospital over the years and my sister and her husband have received accommodation, support, connected care and hospital in the home services provided or funded by Ronald McDonald House and the Children’s Hospital Foundation.
This is one of the ways I can say thank you and also help ensure that my family and families in similar circumstances can continue to get the support they need so they can focus on healing, home schooling and allowing the kids to actually enjoy being kids some of the time.
Any donation, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated, or if you feel called to sign up yourself that would be great also. I’m sure it’ll require day or so of recovery but it’ll also be a blast.
Please donate now. 💛
