I'm walking All Night Long! But I need your help

Hi, I’m Victoria, and this October I’ll be walking 42km All Night Long to raise money for sick kids in Queensland and their families. Walking has always been one of my greatest joys—it keeps me active, connected, and grateful for the sunshine each day. I’ve never walked a marathon before, so this is a challenge I’ve set for myself, and I can’t think of a better reason to take it on than for kids who are fighting battles far greater than this one.

Even though I don’t personally know any children in the hospital, I don’t believe I need to. No child should spend their days in a hospital bed. Kids are meant to be outside—playing in the sand, splashing in the rain, running through the dirt, and filling the air with unstoppable laughter. The reality is, there are children inside hospital walls who don’t always have family or friends by their side. For this night, I want to be their supporter. I want them to know that there are people out here who care, who believe in them, and who will walk every single step in their honor.

Each day can feel like a marathon for sick kids and their families—which is why I’m walking one for them. Yes, I’ll be exhausted and tired by the end, but that’s nothing compared to the challenges these families face every single day.
