Anyone can register and pay their registration fee and once fundraising $500 can become a participant in All Night Long 2026 (ANL), you may be eligible to go into a draw to receive a prize and/or receive fundraising incentives give-aways which are subject to these terms and conditions: 

  1. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a “ANL Team” is defined as a “Team” as shown on your ANL participant dashboard on the ANL website. 
  2. All eligible participants will be selected to receive a Fundraising Incentive Give-away based on criteria in these terms and conditions.
  3. Those eligible for a Prize will be notified via phone and email (Team Captain notified where a Team is the winner). 
  4. Prizes must be collected within 15 days of notification. 
  5. You acknowledge that Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland and the providers of the prizes make no warranties or representations in relation to the prizes. 
  6. You agree to accept collection of any prizes you are eligible for as required by Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland or the provider of the fundraising incentive give-away. 
  7. Prizes are not transferrable for cash. 
  8. All eligible prize entries will be entered into the draw and winners will be selected randomly. 
  9. You have read and understood Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland’s Privacy Collection Statement and Privacy Policy and consent to your personal information being retained and used in accordance with Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland’s Privacy Policy. 
  10. You warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and you are legally entitled to take ownership of the prizes. 
  11. Any contests or disputes regarding the Prizes will be resolved by the All Night Long Oversight Committee only and that decision is final. 
  12. Except where stated otherwise, you agree to bear any additional costs involved in claiming or using the prizes.
  13. Delivery, Substitution and Unclaimed Prizes:  The prize/s of a promotional game must be delivered within a month of when the winner was decided.This does not apply if the winner agrees, in writing, that it can be delivered more than a month later or after making all reasonable efforts, the person conducting the promotional game cannot locate the prize winner. 
PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
  1. Draw one: Every donation you receive between Monday 22 June and 11:59pm Tuesday 30 June (EOFY) is an entry in the draw to win2 general admission tickets to the Saturday 15 August - Broncos v Warriors game at Suncorp Stadium.  This draw will take place at approximately 11.00am within 7 days of competition close.
  2. Draw two: For every 5 donations you raise between Monday 13 - Friday 17 July is an entry in the draw to win a massage at finish line.  This draw will take place at approximately 11.00am within 7 days of competition close.  
  3. Draw three: For every 5 donations you receive between 27 July and 31 July  is an entry in the draw to win a $100 Rebel Sport voucher. This draw will take place at approximately 11.00am within 7 days of competition close.
  4. Draw four: For every $85 you raise between 31 August – 4 September is an entry in the draw to win a food and beverage voucher for the event village. This draw will take place at approximately 11.00am within 7 days of competition close.
  5. Draw five: For every $48 you raise between 30 September and 2 October is an entry in the draw to win an event concierge on event night. This draw will take place at approximately 11.00am within 7 days of competition close.
  6. Draw six: Fundraisers who tick off three or more badges on their fundraising dashboard between 16 October and 25 October will automatically go into the draw to win one of five Dreamworld Family Passes. The draw will take place at approximately 11:00am AEST within 7 days of the competition closing.
    1. Each prize consists of one Dreamworld Family Pass admitting two adults and two children (children aged 3-13 years; adults aged 14 years and over. Children under 3 years are admitted free).
    2. Passes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.

FUNDRAISING INCENTIVE GIVE-AWAYS TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
  1. Early Risers: raise at least $1 and less than $249 on your ANL Fundraising page before 8am, Monday, 19 October and you will be eligible to receive a digital training guide.
  2. Dreamers at Dusk: raise between $150 and less than $499 on your ANL Fundraising page before 8am, Monday, 19 October and you will be eligible to receive LED flashing sneaker clips.
  3. Moonlight Movers: raise $500 and less than $749 on your ANL Fundraising page before 8am, Monday 19 October and you will be eligible to receive your All Night Long event pack containing Tshirt, timing tracker and finisher medal
  4. The Stargazers: raise $750 and less than $999 on your ANL Fundraising page before 8am, Monday, 19 October and you will be eligible for your walkers belt.
  5. The Unstoppables: raise $1,000 and less than $1,499 on your ANL Fundraising page before 8am, Monday, 19 October and you are eligible to receive an ANL cooling towel. 
  6. The Midnight Club: raise over $1,500 on your ANL fundraising page before 8:00am on Monday, 19 October to become a member of The Midnight Club, the highest fundraising tier in ANL. Members are eligible to upgrade to a VIP club branded t-shirt (One T shirt will be provided per participant, either standard participant t shirt or VIP t shirt); recognition at Pit Stop 1 (fundraisers must have raised $1,500+ by 8am Monday, 12 October to be recognised); VIP breakfast at the finish line; exclusive resources and fundraising support; VIP club branded badge; FREE entry to next year’s event.
  7. Receive 5 or more donations before 8am Monday 19 October and recieve a pair of ANL socks. Offer available to the first 1,000 participants only.
  8. Log one training walk before 8am on Monday 19 October and receive an ANL shoelaces. Offer available to the first 1,000 participants only.
  9. Make a $25 self-donation before 8am on Monday 19 October and receive an ANL sweatband.Offer available to the first 1,000 participants only.
Refer a Friend Promotion:  Participants who register and raise a minimum of $50 are eligible to refer up to three (3) friends. For each successful referral [1], the participant will receive a $50 fundraising credit [2] applied to their fundraising page.

[1] A “successful referral” is defined as a referred individual who registers and raises a minimum of $50.
[2] Fundraising credits earned through this promotion are capped at a maximum total of $10,000 for the duration of the campaign.

Early Bird Registration Discount – Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion Overview These Terms and Conditions apply to the Early Bird Registration Discounts available for All Night Long registrations during the 2026 promotional period.

  2. Eligibility The Early Bird Registration Discounts are available to any participant who completes their registration within the specified promotional periods. No application is required; the discount is automatically applied at checkout.

  3. Discount Periods The following discounts apply based on the date the participant completes their registration:

    • Registrations completed on or before 2 August receive 60% off the standard registration fee.

    • Registrations completed on or before 31 August receive 50% off the standard registration fee.

    • Registrations completed on or before 30 September receive 40% off the standard registration fee.

  4. Cut‑off Times All deadlines refer to 11:59pm AEST on the stated date. Registrations submitted after the cut‑off time will be charged at the next applicable rate.

  5. Non‑transferability Discounts apply only to the individual completing registration. Discounts cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

  6. Exclusions Early Bird Registration Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discount codes, concessions, or complimentary registrations unless expressly stated.

  7. Cancellations and Refunds If a participant cancels their registration, the discount is forfeited. Standard event cancellation and refund policies apply.

  8. Changes to the Promotion The event organiser may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Early Bird Registration Discounts at any time prior to the end of the promotional period.

  9. Final Decision The organiser’s decision regarding eligibility, discount application, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions is final.

WORKPLACE CHALLENGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

The following terms apply to the All Night Long 2026 Workplace Challenge (Challenge), in addition to the general terms and conditions above. If there is any inconsistency, these Workplace Challenge terms apply to the Challenge. 

  1. Challenge period: The Challenge starts at 10am AEST on Wednesday 7 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 30 October 2026 (Challenge Period).
  2. Organisers: The Challenge is run by Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland (ABN 88 438 652 383) and Children’s Hospital Foundation Queensland (ABN 11 607 902 687) (Organisers). The prize is supported by the loans.com.au.
  3. Who can enter: The Challenge is open to workplaces with a workplace page on the All Night Long website. A “Workplace” is a workplace page on the ANL website that people can join when they register or fundraise. The Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland and Children’s Hospital Foundation workplace pages are not eligible to win.
  4. New fundraisers: A “New Fundraiser” is a person linked to a Workplace who receives their first donation to their ANL fundraising page during the Challenge Period. This includes new registrations, and people who were already linked to a Workplace but had not yet received a donation (raised $0). Self-donations count as a first donation.
  5. Donations that do not count: Donations that are refunded, reversed, declined or charged back do not count.
  6. How the winner is decided: The Workplace with the most New Fundraisers at the close of the Challenge Period wins. The winner is decided by results on the ANL fundraising platform, not by random draw.
    1. Event sell-out: If the event sells out before the end of the Challenge Period, the Challenge will continue until the end of the Challenge Period. After registrations close, only existing Workplace members who receive their first donation during the Challenge Period will count as New Fundraisers.
    2. Tie-breaker: If two or more Workplaces have the same number of New Fundraisers, the Workplace that raised the most dollars during the Challenge Period wins. 
  7. Prize: The prize is a corporate box for 10 guests at a Brisbane Broncos home game in 2027 at Suncorp Stadium, with catering pre-ordered and soft drinks & alcohol available (includes House Wines only). Champagne and other drinks are available to purchase but not included in the package (Prize). The game is expected to be the Broncos’ third home game of 2027. The game date is not yet confirmed and will be notified to the winning Workplace once the 2027 fixture is released. Total prize worth $4,000.
  8. Announcement and notification: The winning Workplace will be announced on the All Night Long social media channels on Monday 2 November 2026. The winning Workplace’s team captain will also be notified by phone and email.
  9. Claiming the Prize: The winning Workplace must claim the Prize within 15 days of receiving the email notification. Once claimed, the winning Workplace's details will be provided to loans.com.au to manage ongoing prize logistics. The Workplace must nominate its 10 guests by a date set by the Organisers. The Workplace is responsible for deciding who attends. The Organisers and loans.com.au are not responsible for any dispute within the Workplace regarding attendance.
  10. Delivery and substitution: The Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the Prize cannot be provided (for example, because the game or corporate box is unavailable), the Organisers may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Check this against the general term that a prize must be delivered within a month of the winner being decided, because the game is not until 2027.
  11. Changes to the Challenge: The Organisers may amend, suspend or withdraw the Challenge, or change these terms, at any time.
  12. General terms apply: The general terms and conditions above, including the privacy, age, warranty and cost terms, also apply to the Challenge. The Organisers’ decision about eligibility, the winner and the interpretation of these terms is final.

Event Cancellation: Fundraising Reward Collection Details

While All Night Long 2026 was cancelled due to severe weather, participants who have qualified for fundraising rewards remain eligible to receive their rewards in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Fundraising rewards may be collected from Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland, 22 Garrick Terrace, Herston QLD 4006 during one of the following collection sessions:

  • 8am – 12pm, Sat 24 October
  • 8am – 2pm, Fri 30 October
  • 8am – 2pm, Fri 6 November
  • 8am – 2pm, Fri 13 November
  • 8am – 2pm, Fri 20 November
  • 8am – 2pm, Fri 27 November

Participants must have achieved the applicable fundraising milestone or distance (to receive the finisher medal) by 12pm, 27 November, to be eligible for reward collection. Rewards not collected during the nominated collection sessions will be forfeited. All Night Long reserves the right to amend the collection dates, times, location, eligibility requirements, or these terms at any time.
