All Night Long 2026 Prize and Fundraising Incentive Give-aways  – Terms and Conditions

Anyone can register and pay their registration fee and once fundraising $500 can become a participant in All Night Long 2026 (ANL), you may be eligible to go into a draw to receive a prize and/or receive fundraising incentives give-aways which are subject to these terms and conditions: 

  1. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, a “ANL Team” is defined as a “Team” as shown on your ANL participant dashboard on the ANL website. 
  2. All eligible participants will be selected to receive a Fundraising Incentive Give-away based on criteria in these terms and conditions.
  3. Those eligible for a Prize will be notified via phone and email (Team Captain notified where a Team is the winner). 
  4. Prizes must be collected within 15 days of notification. 
  5. You acknowledge that Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland and the providers of the prizes make no warranties or representations in relation to the prizes. 
  6. You agree to accept collection of any prizes you are eligible for as required by Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland or the provider of the fundraising incentive give-away. 
  7. Prizes are not transferrable for cash. 
  8. All eligible prize entries will be entered into the draw and winners will be selected randomly. 
  9. You have read and understood Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland’s Privacy Collection Statement and Privacy Policy and consent to your personal information being retained and used in accordance with Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland’s Privacy Policy. 
  10. You warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and you are legally entitled to take ownership of the prizes. 
  11. Any contests or disputes regarding the Prizes will be resolved by the All Night Long Oversight Committee only and that decision is final. 
  12. Except where stated otherwise, you agree to bear any additional costs involved in claiming or using the prizes.
  13. Delivery, Substitution and Unclaimed Prizes:  The prize/s of a promotional game must be delivered within a month of when the winner was decided.This does not apply if the winner agrees, in writing, that it can be delivered more than a month later or after making all reasonable efforts, the person conducting the promotional game cannot locate the prize winner. 

PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  1. Draw one: Every donation you receive between Monday 22 June and 11:59pm Tuesday 30 June (EOFY) is an entry in the draw to win2 general admission tickets to the Saturday 15 August - Broncos v Warriors game at Suncorp Stadium.  This draw will take place at approximately 11.00am within 7 days of competition close.
  2. Draw two: For every 5 donations you raise between Monday 13 - Friday 17 July is an entry in the draw to win a massage at finish line.  This draw will take place at approximately 11.00am within 7 days of competition close.  
  3. Draw three: For every 5 donations you receive between 27 July and 31 July  is an entry in the draw to win a $100 Rebel Sport voucher. This draw will take place at approximately 11.00am within 7 days of competition close.
  4. Draw four: For every $85 you raise between 31 August – 4 September is an entry in the draw to win a food and beverage voucher for the event village.  This draw will take place at approximately 11.00am within 7 days of competition close.
  5. Draw five: For every $48 you raise between 30 September and 2 October is an entry in the draw to win an event concierge on event night. This draw will take place at approximately 11.00am within 7 days of competition close.

FUNDRAISING INCENTIVE GIVE-AWAYS TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  1. Early Risers: raise at least $1 and less than $249 on your ANL Fundraising page before 8am, Monday, 19 October and you will be eligible to receive a digital training guide.
  2. Dreamers at Dusk: raise between $150 and less than $499 on your ANL Fundraising page before 8am, Monday, 19 October and you will be eligible to receive LED flashing sneaker clips.
  3. Moonlight Movers: raise $500 and less than $749 on your ANL Fundraising page before 8am, Monday 19 October and you will be eligible to receive your All Night Long event pack containing Tshirt, timing tracker and finisher medal
  4. The Stargazers: raise $750 and less than $999 on your ANL Fundraising page before 8am, Monday, 19 October and you will be eligible for your walkers belt.
  5. The Unstoppables: raise $1,000 and less than $1,499 on your ANL Fundraising page before 8am, Monday, 19 October and you are eligible to receive an ANL cooling towel. 
  6. The Midnight Club: raise over $1,500 on your ANL Fundraising page before 8am, Monday, 19 October and you are eligible to be a member of our VIP Club, the highest level there is for ANL and you are eligible to upgrade to a VIP club branded t-shirt; recognition at Pit Stop 1; VIP breakfast at the finish line; exclusive resources and fundraising support; VIP club branded badge; FREE entry to next year’s event.  One T shirt will be provided per participant, either standard participant t shirt or VIP t shirt. 
  7. Receive 5 or more donations before 8am Monday 19 October and recieve a pair of ANL socks.
  8. Log one training walk before 8am Monday 19 October and recieve a pair of ANL shoelaces
  9. Make a self donation of $25 before 8am Monday 19 October and receive an ANL sweatband

Refer a Friend Promotion:  Participants who register and raise a minimum of $50 are eligible to refer up to three (3) friends. For each successful referral [1], the participant will receive a $50 fundraising credit [2] applied to their fundraising page.
[1] A “successful referral” is defined as a referred individual who registers and raises a minimum of $50.
[2] Fundraising credits earned through this promotion are capped at a maximum total of $5,000 for the duration of the campaign

Early Bird Registration Discount – Terms and Conditions

  1. Promotion Overview These Terms and Conditions apply to the Early Bird Registration Discounts available for All Night Long registrations during the 2026 promotional period.

  2. Eligibility The Early Bird Registration Discounts are available to any participant who completes their registration within the specified promotional periods. No application is required; the discount is automatically applied at checkout.

  3. Discount Periods The following discounts apply based on the date the participant completes their registration:

    • Registrations completed on or before 30 June receive 60% off the standard registration fee.

    • Registrations completed on or before 31 July receive 50% off the standard registration fee.

    • Registrations completed on or before 30 September receive 40% off the standard registration fee.

  4. Cut‑off Times All deadlines refer to 11:59pm AEST on the stated date. Registrations submitted after the cut‑off time will be charged at the next applicable rate.

  5. Non‑transferability Discounts apply only to the individual completing registration. Discounts cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

  6. Exclusions Early Bird Registration Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, discount codes, concessions, or complimentary registrations unless expressly stated.

  7. Cancellations and Refunds If a participant cancels their registration, the discount is forfeited. Standard event cancellation and refund policies apply.

  8. Changes to the Promotion The event organiser may amend, suspend, or withdraw the Early Bird Registration Discounts at any time prior to the end of the promotional period.

  9. Final Decision The organiser’s decision regarding eligibility, discount application, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions is final.
