Blister Sisters: Road to 42

Three women. 42kms. One very questionable life choice.
Somewhere along the way, the 3 of us decided that walking 42kms .. overnight .. sounded like a brilliant idea. In hindsight we may be slightly delusional.

Here's the thing .. none of us have ever walked this far before.
There will almost certainly be moments we think about ordering an uber or stopping at a 24hr buffet .. this is where you come in.

Your donation is our accountability. Every dollar you give is another reason we can't sneak off for a midnight feast, hitch a ride, or mysteriously 'get lost' near a cafe with comfy chairs.
But while we're joking about sore feet, dodgy knees and overwhelming temptation to fake an injury around the 30km mark, we're walking for a reason that's anything but funny.

We're taking on this challenge to help support families with seriously ill children .. and the support raised through this walk helps make their lives a little easier during some of their toughest days.

So please dig deep if you can. Your donation won't only help incredible families .. it'll also make sure that 3 optimistic and stubborn women actually cross the finish line under their own steam.

Help us keep walking .. help us resist the buffet .. help us earn every single one of those 42kms.

Thank you for supporting this amazing cause .. and for making it much harder for us to quit.

Thank you to our Sponsors

Hey Kel, In the words of Robbie Williams, “don’t stop doing it for the kids”, just a little mantra to sing when kilometre 34 feels more like 500 miles! Another little tip is to get into the turmeric or fish oil tablets, gets those knees lubricated so you can’t hear the creaking (or is it screaming). Best wishes Tan xo
