Elsie, Thea, Cooper & Mac
These 4 kids are my grandkids, my life. Thankfully they are all healthy today, but who knows what tomorrow will bring us. I'm going on this adventure, not just for them, but for every child and parent that may need these two amazing places one day in the future. I wish I could say that no one ever will, but I can't. As the night wears on, and I get tired, very tired, very sore and wanting to give up. I will not only think of my 4 grandkids to keep me going and get me home. I will also think of every child fighting whatever they may be fighting and push through the pain and bring it home for them.

Hello Citizens of Brisbane. Although I'm not directly connected to anyone from either R.McD.H.S.E.Q. or The Children's Hospital, I've read some amazing, and some very sad stories on here and I decided to go on this amazing adventure with every one of you and raise a few dollars along the way and hopefully help put a smile on some kids and their parents faces. Looking forward to cheering you all on for one lap on the night.
