Hello!
I don't have a personal connection to having a sick child in hospital, and I can't pretend to understand what those families go through.
What I do know is that I love a challenge, and I love kids. Working in a primary school reminds me every day just how resilient, kind, and incredible children are. When I saw this challenge, it felt like the perfect opportunity to push myself while helping make a real difference.
On 24 October, I'll be walking 21km through the night to raise money for the Children's Hospital Foundation and Ronald McDonald House South East Queensland. One night of walking is nothing compared to the challenges faced by families with a child in hospital, but if I can help ease that burden in some small way, then every step will be worth it.
If you're able to donate, no matter the amount, I'd be so grateful. Every dollar helps support sick kids and their families, and together we can make a difference.
Thank you so much for your support. It truly means a lot. 💛
