Our Story
My older brother Michael was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia at four years old, he died just before his 16th birthday after another failed bone marrow transplant. I was 13 years old at the time.
We were a family dealing with a long battle of childhood cancer.
A shared life of devastation, cancer wards, isolation, radiation, Camp Quality camps, stays at Ronald McDonald house and just like many others, on the receiving end of years of support from networks just like these.
