If you've landed on my page, you're probably wondering why someone who doesn't run has signed up to complete a marathon overnight.

Honestly, I'm wondering the same thing.

In 2024, I completed a half marathon with zero running training. While I did finish, I also spent the following days questioning every life decision that led me there and swore I'd never do it again.

I'm a swimmer at heart, not a runner. Put me in the water and I'm happy. Ask me to run and you'll usually get a very firm "no thanks."

But this challenge is for a great cause, and sometimes doing something difficult is exactly the point. So this year I'm stepping well outside my comfort zone to complete an overnight marathon and raise $500 along the way.

The real challenge? I love being home and in bed by 9pm. So if you'd like to support me while I battle both a marathon and my bedtime, I'd be incredibly grateful.
